Since we cannot tax stupidity, which would be a windfall every time a liberal democrat pol opens his/her mouth, perhaps it is time to hit them where it hurts, like taking their jobs away? Recall the bastards, can that not be done by the public? I would think we have had it up to HERE, every time some liberal idiot has a brain fart they try to make it another damn law. And all their laws do is create a world where the left calls all the shots. Arrgh!

What CA (and every other state, but let's let CA take the lead on this) is a legislative tax. Each state representative gets taxed $0.01 per word for every bill passed by the state lawmakers. No exemptions.
