This kind of comment ought to be a red flag. If people are "always" claiming he engages in misconduct, perhaps there is a reason for that.

I agree. The more I read about this case, the more it STINKS of judicial corruption. Morford seems to have been going after Traficant PRIMARILY because he felt it was a great way to advance his career.
