A couple of questions:
1)What is a homeowner association type?

A homeowners association is when you agree to live in a community where the homeowners form an "association" of homeowners who ultimately dictate what color your house will be, whether you can paint your front door, have a basketball hoop, landscaping, park your car in YOUR driveway or in front of your house...You name it they'll try to control it.

2)Are these 'types' posters? Or Admin Moderators?

At times either one can want to be. Contrary to popular belief, control freaks aren't limited to liberals.

Gotcha re: homeowner association type. Your choice, I would think, whether you decide to be part of the 'association'. But you surely can't be suggesting, as it applies here, that the owner(s) of this site can't decide the RULES of this association, can you?
