we have to have federal government intervention if we want to win the war on drugs, guns, immorality, poverty, property rights, lap dancing, drinking and adult behaviors... It's for the good of our children. Long live gender feminism... via Washington DC.

Just because these issues were not specifically mentioned in the constitution does NOT mean that the federal government shouldn't play a role in regulating, now does it?

And after all, each of these issues can affect interstate commerce (by some stretch of the imagination), and therefore are subject to federal legislation.
