I assume your refering to the "oil game" when you say crap. Thus, the reason Washington is focused on is that its Washington that stirred the most crap in Macedonia (remember Aracinovo?). After all, the article is about Macedonia not the whole world. It is a bit strange that Russia was left out of the whole equation though. They were to build an oil pipeline through Macedonia to Greece (in direct opposition to the AMBO (American) pipeline. So i think it was definetly worth a mention). I also think the way the EU has been practically excused in this piece is not well supported. If this was the case (they did get bent over a barrel by Washington), I would really like to see more conclusive evidence than what has been shown.
