If you agree to borrow something, then pay for it if it is damaged or stolen, wouldn't is be scummy to welch on the deal?

What are you talking about......these boxes were damaged by a freaking flood...these people lost everything ..EVERYTHING!!!!
Time-Warner can eat the cost of these boxes.....why subject these flood victims to more agony.
