Do they require a SS number in your area? In Western New York, no SS number no dish. I thought requiring SS numbers was not allowed.

I honestly don't remember if they asked for a social security number. It's been about 6 years since I signed up. Might be a new policy.

Well, bright lady, perhaps we should revisit the obvious:
The claim of something having been stolen is easy enough to make, true or not.
An areawide flood, documented by miles of videotape and reams of print is... well, clearly different.

Perhaps the other policy should be revisited too, although I trust that even an uncompromising bureaucratic mind can see the clear distinction.
