FOXnews just (11:16 AM EDT) reported another missing child near St. Louis.... No text report yet
Is it now true that the father was not making her breakfast? Because if that's the case, he lied on national tv and should be downtown by now, because that's what he said happened: "I was making her breakfast, went to the bathroom, and when I came back she was gone." So he had to be awake.
Now they have "a" man in custody. Is this the homeless man with the red hair? Notice that the father had red hair...could it be a relative and not a "homeless" person? How many of you would take in a "homeless" person with a child/or children in your house????
I am hearing now that they are checking the river.
This world gets sadder and sicker every day.
I say we microwave the perps.
Yes it does.
I still hope the girl is alive somewhere by the river. May the Lord have mercy on her.
Beat me to it.
Ok, all tinfoil hats aside.....

Proponents of ID systems often try to start small, planning to expand the system later. When Australia attempted to introduce a national ID card, one planning document stated: "It will be important to minimize any adverse public reaction to implementation of the system. One possibility would be to use a staged approach... whereby only less sensitive data are held in the system initially with the facility to input additional data at a later stage when public acceptance may be forthcoming more readily."

"Myers is not fazed by the idea of chips altering personality. "I don't see it as any different morally or ethically than drugs which do the same thing," he argues. BT's Pearson agrees: "I had screws inserted in my legs and I didn't feel any less human. Some people have ear or eye implants and there are lots of people running about who are partially bionic. It is not an enormous ethical issue, as I don't believe it dehumanises us," he says. While it would seem people are unfazed by the threat to humanity of relying more and more on chips and machines to run our bodies, the privacy threat is not about to go away. Interestingly, while sci-fi has focused on how governments and authorities will use chips to curtail our freedoms, Pearson is bothered by a more mundane threat.
I was trying to find for you an article from australia about how human chip implants were tried there..but can't find it. It was from a good source... "

I've been switching between local news and FNC, and I have to say that FNC has had all the details wrong, up until just recently. (Provided that the local stations have it right!)
WHAT???? At 6-years old she's allowed to wander 1/2 a block from home without telling anyone? JEEZLOUISE!!!! What is wrong with these people??
My kids are not allowed to walk up the street to their friend's house unless I have called and asked if it's okay if they come up to play. And that's not even 1/2 a block. Yes, some people will say I am overprotective or a hovering mother, but at least my kids are still alive and well.
I know when I wake my 4 year old up for anything, it is sometimes very difficult to get her to go back to sleep. And that really stinks if it's late at night and I am ready for bed myself.
As Kirby headed toward his 1989 Acura Integra, Balbontin, wearing jeans and a black shirt and her hair in a ponytail, stepped inside her turquoise 1995 Toyota Corolla and hit the locks.
"He tapped on the window with the gun and told her to unlock the doors," Kirby said. Then the man got into the back seat and ordered Balbontin to drive.
The guy was a complete loser to abandon her in that situation, and the girl was stupid to let the gunman into her car. Had she peeled out, odds are he would have missed her if he fired. Maybe she could have even run him over.
If this isn't making sense, it's because it doesn't add up.
The father had no shirt on...and he said he was going to make her cereal and milk..but went to the bathroom and when he got back, she and this Johnson homeless man were gone..(REMEMBER, the LE just said "they thought she was crossing the street to go to her own home")
RM..I hear you. It's like the sudden rash of robberies in a neighborhood, followed up by telephone solicitations for ADT security systems...:~).

So....this man that they are saying was a homeless man was not really a homeless man but a friend of the father's??? Or was he a homeless man who was staying at the home of the friend of the father's? YIKES...
You are full of it. The non-suspect was seen coming out of the nearby Meramec River completely sopping wet. There are several police copters circling overhead. All appearances are that she is gone ...
We were warned last week by the police that some weirdo has been cruising our community in a silver car, and has been offering children candy. He's also videotaping the kids. He'd better not show up anywhere near my home, I'll say that.
