There is a cell of these folks here in NC. But they stay in big cities and around populated areas. I think if it got out to some of the folks out in the country areas of NC that there might be a terrorist training camp out in the woods, it'd be a race between the national guard and the citizenry who got to them first. And for the Islamic group's sake, it better be the national guard
