The guy today was useless to the prosecution and actually helped the defense quite a bit. I suspect Goff is going to play it straight down the middle and not try to spin his testimony. There is no way he is going to support todays testimony and I think he will end up confirming the testimony of the first two bug guys.

Jury will not have to deliberate long on this case; two hours at most, but maybe less than one.

On the other hand Cyril Wecht walked away and I was so looking forward to him. I'll always equate him to the "Alien Autopsies" of which he was a part. And having testified FOR OJ And FOR the Menendez brothers along with a lot of othetr hidious criminals.

As for Goff I don't know whar to expect. I don't thing the bug stuff is an exact science but I'm wondering how the times can vary so much.

So the prosecutor uses two witnesses to set the stage for the Hawaii guy just so he can support the orginal testimony ? I don't think anyone is that dumb. Its not like the pros doesn't know what he will say you know.
