I guess I just took it that way, my bad. It was a good observation and, as I've heard numerous times during this trial, it "helped refresh my recollection!" ;-)
Thanks Stiv. I agree with you about Gerald Boyle and his folksy way being a big plus in a defense attorney. If I recall, his daughter is a lawyer and works on his team and that adds to the aura of a nice, family guy.
