I am basing my opinion that Danielle did not wander the streets on the fact that there has been no evidence that she did. No neighbors stated they ever observed her doing it. Also, yesterday Neal, who did live there part-time, stated he had never seen Danielle van Dam before her disappearance, and most certainly had never seen her around the MH.

Also, kinda shows that if NEAL never saw Danielle before her disappearance, he either (1)was not there during times children are home, or (2) Was inside the house, not outside).

There was testimony that the kids were outside UNSUPERVISED. The police and Prosecution would not spend any time taking statements of people that would say Danielle had been seen in the hood. How did she get to the park ?
