Add to that the one time he actually leaves it unlocked (and isn't haunted to go back and check) is the one time Danielle happens to attempt to access the RV while playing outside alone with no other child to witness it or no adult to see her ?

I'm a little confused on that paragraph.

He left the MH unlocked more than just one time and it had been in the neighborhood for 2 years....that is a long time and a lot of opportunity for a child to enter.

So, I am confused. How many time was it unlocked if not all the time ?

Here is why I have a problem with the theory of her visit (leaving aside the total unlikelihood that even if she did visit she would leave the evidence she left which alone is enough to convince me) is this. Two events need to intersect. We need to have an unattended 7 yr old without a companion arrive at the RV at the precise day and time that he happened to leave it unlocked (and happened to leave his jacket there also).

But thats not all. Then I have to assume that not a single other child ever entered the RV and not a single adult ever saw Danielle or any other child ever enter the RV.

Like I said, it could happen but not only is there not a single bit of testimony entered to my knowledge that would support this possibility its chance of happening is remote.
