I'm still waiting to hear from feldman on what he has that's explosive as a confession.I think that may have been the "we" instead of "I" statement that he gave the police...remember, DW wanted those transcripts thrown out.

Good point Spunky. We had a three-year old who got up in the middle of the night, climbed on the kitchen counter top and opened a cabinet above the stove, swollowing a whole bottle of baby aspirn. His mouth was orange and we saw the empty bottle before I rushed him to the emergency room. Yep, kids can get into anything they want to.

Now I am not sure exactly how the body was laying, but it is my opinion the parts of the body that were touching the sand (which draws moisture out)is probably where the mummification occured quickly and was the most advanced. "
was there sand? according to today's testimony...there were no postmortem stains underneath the body which was found face up. In addition, the body didn't have fluid collected underneath the skin beneath the body..but that's cuz of the mummification.

Thank you...

The Dahmer dig was a bit unnecessary I'm sorry---I did NOT mean it as a dig!

Thanks Kim.

I think the defense managed to cancel out all bug stuff so far and will be in control on this issue when Goff testifies.I agree. Looks like Tuesday Goff is up.

And yet again, we'll disagree..but I am so glad they had an expert of the mummification process... it's helps rule out some things and explain some things..don't you agree?

I guess I just took it that way, my bad. It was a good observation and, as I've heard numerous times during this trial, it "helped refresh my recollection!" ;-)

Gotta go, I've been using the computer and listening to live court for the very first time. Back to my Web TV. Can't stand listening to Rick Roberts..ugghh.
Oh, he's got mixed feelings about this witness.

You'll never hear it. Atleast not before DW is acquitted.

Fres, you can't deny...you learned things about the mummification process today that you didn't know "yesterday"..this gus knows his mummies!!!
To: FresnoDA
Gus = guy
you can call him gus if you want to though. :)
To: John Jamieson
So you think it will be used in appeals process? That just doesn't make sense to me...
