But this whole speculation thing is dumb and its not what reasonable doubt is all about. Speculating that Danielle entered RV without any evidence is is as dumb as speculating that Westerfield visited Danielle's bedroom regularly. Either are possible but their is no evidence to support either and such speculation isn't used as reasonable doubt.

Actually, that goes more to prove that Dusek mocking Haskell for his Indiana residence doesn't carry any weight. Dusek said that Indiana flies would be different from Kalifornia flies. WEll, if that's the case, then wouldn't Tennessee flies be different from KA flies?

IF this GOFF's counter-testimony IS SO IMPORTANT to the case, doesn't that tell us that PROSECUTION knows that all the other evidence and testimony so far, ISN'T WORTH A HILL OF BEANS? They HAVE TO HAVE THIS TO WIN! The other possibility is that they think DEFENSE proved the body couldn't have been dumped by DW, and that OVERRIDES all the shaky evidence and testimony. (kinda the same now matter how I try to look at it).

The prosecution may have believed they could overcome Falkner's testimony, but were totally unprepared for Haskell's corroboration. They are definitely scrambling now. I'm still at a loss as to why they (prosecution)thought that their other evidence was so powerful.

I am basing my opinion that Danielle did not wander the streets on the fact that there has been no evidence that she did. No neighbors stated they ever observed her doing it. Also, yesterday Neal, who did live there part-time, stated he had never seen Danielle van Dam before her disappearance, and most certainly had never seen her around the MH.
