Sherlock...He is in the position of being under the Law.He is definately acting ABOVE the law, and you seem to find no fault with that. Why? Don't you think that he is hindering the Law by taking matter's into his hands? I do.

Like me, he strongly suspects something is rotten with LE but he doesn't know for sure. Thus he doesn't want to upset their investigation if it is an honest one but he doesn't want to hide his head in the sand either, he wants to follow up on some of these decisions of LE that were extremely questionable, like their decision not to have a sketch made, and trying to bury this story about Ricci building a fence in Cheyenne 2 days after the kidnapping.

I know those are your words and not fact...but I can't understand how you can condone this. It is just not the thing to do. It is going above the law...and he is doing it and broadcasting it on t.v. shows. Albeit, trying to get sympathy too. But any person working in law, at any rank, would not look at this behavior as GOOD.

It is out of order, to me no matter how you try to explain it.

This behavior gets people saying on t.v. " There is something wrong here."
