In that case, there might be a good chance that Traficant will be sticking around. A lot of House members would be uncomfortable with a RUSH to judgement. I see no reason not to delay until AFTER recess.

Unfortunately, there is literally no chance that he will win on the expulsion vote. On the motion to delay, it is a majority. But he won't even win that.
