Its not like he's going to end up on a park bench somewhere (although he might wind up in the pokey before that). He'll likely get a fat talk radio or TV talk show contract. Trafficant will not have to worry where his next meal is coming from.

I don't believe we've heard the last of his one-minute speeches. Just the venue will change.

I read earlier this week at FR that Teddy Kennedy has somebody he wants to take Trafficante's place. He's silent so far this evening. That's how they do it.

Teddy worked the Judge nominee over yesterday but his real target is Trafficante. They want to can him and there may be reasonable doubt in Ohio. They want him out badly and they don't want him to be afforded due process. Well, they are crooks themselves, aren't they? THE RULE OF LAW BE DAMNED. TUBBS JONES IS MS.
