I thought that Ted Olson argued in front of SCOTUS and another guy (name?) argued in front of FL SC?
James Baker completely outclassed Warren Christopher, but I don't think that he represented Bush in Bush v. Moron.

HILLARY HAS WADED INTO THE 2004 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION It's obvious to me that this is a weather balloon for 2004. She thinks that the gripes of hard-core Democrats about the 2000 Election might project her up the rankings past Daschle, Edwards, Gephardt, Lieberman, and Kerry.

I humbly stand corrected.Mr. Baker and several of his Lawyer friends from his Houston firm (The Old Pros) were involved (background) in that Florida Fiasco I do believe at Dick Cheneys request.I just remember seeing him on Larry King Live (you have to cut me some slack on LKL---it was a constituitional crisis and I was in a frenzied overload of information for those 20 something days)and other talk shows, when the 'Sick media scum' kept manipulating the facts and he was just the cool, collected lawyer, remaining calm, reciting the " True Facts " and "what the law states" staying 'assertive', not aggressive, like the Goron's people.
