If I thought that he would read your book and do what it says to do.

I would start a mini fund raiser right here on FR to fly you and one of your autographed books up to Portland, then rent a car for you to drive to Salem to present it to him.

However, he is a watermelon who hates private business and any capitalistic approach to solve a problem. He would probably throw your book into a dead beattle infested pine tree to help the tree burn hotter and faster.

What you need to do is find out the name of a conservative Oregon assembly member who is willing to read your book, hire you as a consultant and start pushing for the right way to be a good steward of those trees/forests in Oregon.

Maybe one of our conservative Oregon Freepers can come up with some suggestions for you to get your book to the right people in Oregon.
