The FBI does. That's how they did the DNA test after the "Devil in the Blue Dress" incident. That's how the whole "I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky" lie came crashing to the ground.

Whether or not this guy could get hold of it is another story. Wonder if the Freedom of Information act applies?

Why not ask Monica to loan them the blue dress, to lift some more of the Clinton DNA from it? The blue dress was returned to her, was it not? I'm sure she'd be happy to oblige...for a small fee, of course.

Why not ask Paul Pearson to submit to a DNA test FIRST? He is available plus he claims to be agonizing over whether he is truly Anthony's father. The LOGICAL first step is for Paul Pearson to take the DNA test. If such a test proves he isn't Anthony's father, then time to check Bubba's DNA. But until Paul Pearson submits FIRST, there is no sense in testing Bubba.
