anne looks perfect, a little thin but that makes her perfect at times when she retains a little water... like most ladies do, (and men do at times as well.)

There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with her. However, fat-america does NOT like slender, shapely women who maintain themselves.

People are now fatter here in the USA than ever before, and it makes us unfit for war. Ann's abs, look very close to perfect... truth be told, and she could still go for probably two or three weeks without a meal and do no harm.

Gluttony is a sacred cow today. Sexual indulgence is taboo on religious grounds, but our fetish with food and gluttonous diets, are jsut as detriminal to our families, friends and relationships. Obesity kills, it and the related illnesses it engenders, kill far more people than drunk driving or drug addiction, or venerial diseases combined...

Ann sets a FINE example for American women. I feel sorry for the girls who are being encouraged to follow after the appearance, diet and exercise regimes of the catherine mannheims of this world, instead of the elle macpheresons, and ann coulters, when it comes to their diet, exercise and appearance. Even the 'hated' brittany spears, is looking a bit chunky these days... too much cookie dough ice cream after her last breakup with a back street boy.

It's is rather strange among alleged "conservatives" to hear folks panic over cutting back to 1200 calories a day... or fasting a day a week... or having entire meals without desert... I hear their screams of "eating disorder" Or fearful recitation of "anorexic" horrors, which are far more rare than diabetic diseases triggered by gross obesity.

Roger Bannister, I think, was the first man to break into the four minute mile category as an olympian. MOST of america cannot even WALK a five minute QUARTER mile, without serious difficulty, due to overeating, the wrong fuels for the body... and complete lack of physical training.

In old testament times, men were expected to be able to go forth to war, till they were about sixty years of age. Most of us are unable to go up sixty steps comfortably, after 35...

Scary for a nation of folks who are supposed to be at war. Bush asked us all to get in shape as part of our preparation for what lies ahead... Lots of conservatives balked at such suggestions, jdams are so much more exciting, and require no such discipline or self control on our part. I think of the fireman who helped carry one wheelchair bound guy downstairs on 9/11 and then WENT BACK UP to help carry down others!!!

I wonder, would our "death toll" have been even lower, had our skyscraper office workers been just 50 percent less obese??? In wartime, it makes a difference. Lean and mean are the watchwords for survival in war time.

I need to work on it myself...

Ann is an inspiration. And it goes way beyond her good looks.
