Should we be surprised given the Clintons' record?

"Should we be surprised given the Clintons' record?"No more surprised than the sun rising in the East. Grifters like 97 need the spigot. In any event, always nice to see 'Rat infighting...

Feingold said a "core group" of five or six Democrats -- including Clinton, D-N.Y. -- was trying to find ways to get around the ban.
"It was a troubling display for a party that claims to be for trying to clean up the system," Feingold said.
So... Comrade Feingevelt discovered his own party is not playing by the rules when it comes to raising campaign funds. What did he expect --- that the Rats would stop following in the footsteps of the Clintons? Senator, do dream on!

"
that the Rats would stop following in the footsteps of the Clintons? "Ahh, yes. Perhaps rivaled only by Grayout Davis, the 'Toons were non-stop money grubbers. All comers welcome--ChiCom, Drug Runners, Stock Swindlers and anyone else. I stand amazed to this day...

Hillary will probably start selling $300 pictures of herself, like W did of himself & associates on 9-11, which caught all kinds of criticism.
Now, if she would come up with a urinal screen like Jane Fonda's, well, I think she'd have a sell out.

Doesn't Senator Feingold acknowledge that the Clintons are above the laws of both this nation and God?

PS I would note that only about 10% of the Senate Democrats are trying skirt the law.
