I also think Carter is jealous of klinton's self-appointed role as president emeritus, and his trolling for a Nobel prize and president-of-the-world. Carter doesn't have much in the way of brains, although I rate him smarter than klinton. But at least he had enough common decency to keep his mouth shut for many years after being ushered out of the White House.

Jimmy at least whacks a few nails for Habitat for Humanity. Billy just goes around collecting money for non-speeches and writing non-books. I think Carter wishes he had thought of that scam first.
