WASHINGTON (AP) - Three forensics experts have joined the investigation into the death of Chandra Levy, a Levy family lawyer announced Friday.
"The family has a right to either know what was done was done properly, or to confirm what was done. We're asking for a second opinion," said lawyer Billy Martin.

WASHINGTON, July 19 /PRNewswire/ -- "To continue our investigation into the death of Chandra Levy, we are announcing the addition of three experts to our team of investigators. Dr. Henry Lee is one of the world's foremost forensic scientists. Presently, Dr. Lee is Chief Emeritus of the Connecticut State Police Laboratory. He has over 35 years experience in medicine, chemical analysis, physics, biochemistry and material science. Dr. Lee has investigated more than 4000 homicides. He has been an expert witness over 1,000 times including in the O.J. Simpson trial. Dr. Cyril H. Wecht is a nationally acclaimed forensic pathologist and Chair of the Department of pathology at the Central Medical Center and Hospital in Pittsburgh. He has been involved as an expert witness in many cases including the death of John Belushi and autopsies of the victims of TWA Flight 800. Dr. Michael Baden is a Board-certified forensic pathologist who is co- Director of the New York State Police Medical Investigation Unit. His expertise includes serving as Chairman of the Forensic Pathology Panel that investigated the deaths of President Kennedy and Martin Luther King, Jr. Chandra's remains have been sent to these individuals so that they may continue the investigation.
