Well, Salon sucks, for sure, but this writer is on target about Chung's show.

I tried to watch one episode last week, and turned it off after 15 minutes.

She appears totally inept, and is extremely rude to her guests.

What was really funny was the story Connie did on fat people having to pay for two seats on airlines.

Connie interviewed a man who was suing Delta (breach of contract) because he had to fly literally squished to the plane wall by an obese person in the next seat. The obese person took up at least half of the squished guy's seat. The squished guy said he had tried to move to another seat, didn't want to embarrass the obese person, was discrete and didn't make a scene, but ultimately ended up getting squished for 90 minutes--there were absolutely no other empty seats on that flight. The only reason he filed a lawsuit was that Delta totally ignored his calls and letters.

Connie's response was (not making this up): "Obviously, Mr. XXX, you have a problem being around overweight people."
