SACRAMENTO (AP) - Gov. Gray Davis said Thursday he has appointed John L. Geesman to the California Energy Commission, the state's main energy policy and planning agency.
Geesman was also appointed by Davis this year to the board of governors of the Independent System Operator, which oversees much of the state's power grid.
