If that werew true, then Bush would have won in 2000 by about 5% and would have taken a number of states that went for Gore. I agree about the wording question order and all that, but Zogby is good. The sad truth is Zogby was right in 2000, Bush coasted on his lead and almost lost.

If the Dems win Congress, then they will be blocking Bush, and setting him up to lose in 2004. A 2002 Dem Congress would encourage Hillary to run in 2004. If we got Pres. Hillary with a Dem Congress, the USA would never recover.

Gores campaign manager blames Zogby for Gore losing the election. Zogby's polling made gore go to california and campaign instead of going to Tennesee. Zogby believed that Gore would win his own home state, but was in danger of losing california (god that was stupid of them). He also told Gore that west virginian's are showing high concern about gun control and the enviorment. He talked like a enriormental ass and gun grabber, The concern these people has was about losing there fire arms and there jobs (they worked in the coal mines).
