The legislative opponents of the ballot question, led by Senate President Thomas F. Birmingham, lacked the votes necessary to defeat it outright. Instead they voted 137-53 to adjourn the constitutional convention indefinitely, effectively blocking the question from appearing on the election ballot.

Read as "You Voters aren't smart enought to make these decisions". I thank god every day that I moved out of that hell-hole.

One woman interrupted a television interview with a legislator to shout ''The people have lost their voice!''

I hope the people remember just how they lost their voices at the next round of Massachusetts representatives election.

Sad that he was afraid to upset men who smoke each others' poles. He is the slave of the homosexual movement. people should protest with signs saying he is the sex slave male whores.
