He's been sentenced to 20 years, right? Can he get out earlier for good behaviour? Do they prisoners do 1/2 the time now?

Federal prison sentences have no "good-time" as most states do. They have about 15% of sentence for different reasons. So his 20 year sentence will be 17 and a half. If he doesn't become Dahmered! ;^)
