IMO, it is just another sign of the decay of our society. We do not respect human life, so why should it be surprising that people would do this to animals?
What kind of person would get a kick from this? I would really be interested to see what kind of lifestyle the people who did this live.
There's a *group* of them, is what gets *me*.
The occasional animal-torturing sociopath is to be expected in "Modern Society" (all bow).
But a *group*? With no one among them trying to stop it?
