John my friend, you have a long ways to go in finding out how the TNC creates "willing sellers". Obviously your job is not directly connected to natural resource development or being a steward of the land. He who controls resource development controls the country.

You have a lot to learn. I suggest reading Trashing the Economy and Undue Influence by Ron Arnold. The corruption and greed behind the environmental movement is staggering. The unintended consequences are even worse.
