Can you give us some of the highlights? I had pretty much the same question about TNC. How do they exert pressure on sellers?

They don't, directly (although they have been known to drop the hint). TNC works through complicit regulatory agencies to do the pressuring for them, or they fund NGOs to sue the agency if they aren't so cooperative. Sometimes the suits are an act of collusion because agency funding pursuant to a court order is non-discretionary.

There are lots of such loops. It gets complicated.
