We use mexicans because it's cheap and convenient, same as the Israelis. Don't even try to make the argument that we couldn't do without our dishwashers, ditch-diggers, and housekeepers because it just won't wash. We need to give those jobs back to our kids (who would be surprisingly glad to have them if they were available )

Are you sure about that? I don't know. I go to a large carwash on L.A.'s westside. Lots of whites (and an occassional black) sitting in the shady waiting area, talking on cell phones, lazily watching dozens of Latinos washing cars under the sun. Not a job that I, or any of the other westsiders, would want. I'm not even sure if their kids would want it.

Liberal crap? Even National Review's Rob Long (who lives in L.A.) said that L.A. could not survive without its Mexican labor force.
