Why a trial?

You have to have a trial to make sure the evidence is aired in public,and to reduce the chance of somebody innocent being railroaded by the police and court systems because they are unpopular or disliked for some reason. I like this system,and want to keep it. If the evidence is strong,they go to jail. If it isn't,they don't.

With the tape, this is a finished case. This kid needs to work a deal with the DA quickly for a 15-year sentence, and admit it...otherwise, its likely to be a cake-walk case for the DA.
