Kim, I noticed that there were 3 other articles posted on FR this morning about children taken from their beds, Elizabeth Smart (14), Danairriah Finley(4) and Christy Rhyno (3)

But of course it's totally ridiculous and impossible for this to also happen at the Van Dam residence. No one could possibly sneak in and out of a home where the parents are wasted on alcohol and pot. Just couldn't happen.

I have been busy with guests and have a craft fair today so don't expect to be able to catch up on the threads.

I would really appreciate some articles and summary links of the last two days of testimony before the break, missed out entirely.

Right. Especially not a guy who, by his own admission, was very drunk and probably had lost some of his coordination. And let's not forget, he amazingly snuck in and out without leaving a trace of evidence or scent for the search dogs to pick up. Stealth Ninja, indeed!

I don't think people are saying someone couldn't have gone into the VanDam house and taken Danielle. I think what people are saying is that there are unidentified fingerprints in the Van Dam house, and the probability of a drunk Westerfield going into a house he doesn't know, stealing a child from her bed, the dog not barking, and Daman not hearing anything is farfetched; and the stories that the Van Dams and friends are telling keep changing.

The Smarts live in a castle for petes sake..an army could camp there an it is possible it would not be heard (plus it looks like the perp had a key) ..as to the others...we do not know anything about the level of sobriety of the parents do we?
