Announce that any investor that does not buy stock every day for the next month will be considered an enemy combatant and detained at military facilities indefinitely.

Ultimately, that is what investors are if they do not do their patriotic duty to get this country back on its feet after 9-11 and in this time of war.

I have kept my money in and next week will meet with my broker and start buying some more. I think we all owe it to the country to venture forth and buy stock and bolster the economy.
