Oh now, Mrs. Kravitz must be blind in one eye & can't see out the other. Because Susan L. said DW closes all the blinds & turns on the outside lights each time he's going away in the RV, the night prior.

Mrs. Kravitz didn't observe what she 'thought' she observed that piqued her curiosity. She's seen the lights on and blinds pulled many times before. She made that up to get a few minutes of fame.
