Krodg, I got the impression from earlier posts that you are a lawyer. If so can you help me out? Is there a written definition for the term "beyond a reasonable doubt"? If so could you post it?

I can't believe how many times I've typed those words this past week and I apologize for appearing obsessed with them, but I think the crucial question concerns whether or not the prosecution has proven DAW "guilty beyond a reasonable doubt".

I'm afraid that to some the definition relates to "Well...yea, I guess he coulda done it".
