ME did rule out poison and maybe drugs too. Since the brain was intact..and not devoured by bugs (it was mummified type of thing), I would suspect he ruled out brain hemorrage. Would that be considered a natural cause for a 7yr old.. I suspect they rule out ALL natural causes cuz she was kidnapped ..kidnapping of a child who is found dead at a later time is usually a victim of foul play. (good question for a nurse or a doc).

congestive heart failure due to overdose.What about plain ol' hypothermia from exposure to the weather? What if she were kidnapped and abused, then let loose in the desert, or dumped unconscious but alive? No clothes found nearby, pretty cold temperatures at night. Just another possibility.
