I believe that was stated (I'll have to check) but I hope Feldman will stress that a little more when he wraps things up.
I'll trust that what RS said was true. It's very important that the jury understand that the Prosecution had to let go of Dr. Faulkner, because of his findings, which would exclude DW from where Danielle was found, etc.
I don't know how Feldman is going to get past the tiny drop of blood on DW's jacket...but he either has to drop it or offer a valid reason to the jury...and others.
