You're right of course. Christie the RINO deserves a big hunk of blame on this one but McGreedy is simply remaining true to form:

Getting back to McGreevey, beware if your car insurance lapses by one day(proposed)....'cause the state will impound it and auction it off with the proceeds going to the state coffers. Apparently his idea of Insurance Reform is allowing State Farm to drop approx. 75,000 auto policy holders. Sounds sort of like self generating revenue.
