State secretary uses CHP chauffeur service, newspaper finds

SACRAMENTO (AP) - Gov. Gray Davis' secretary of business, transportation and housing has had the California Highway Patrol shuttle her on more than 200 trips around the state in the past two years at a cost of $75,000, according to records obtained by a newspaper.
