This story lead the ABC radio news at the top of the hour. Before, Larry Klayman was was labled a "legal bomb thrower". Now he was described by ABC as the head of "a government watchdog group".

I guess it all depends on who's dog your for in the fight. I think Larry is honest and I am going to reserve judgement until I know more.

Larry Klayman is achieving the dream of all fair minded, independent, moderate conservatives, to be quoted by the liberal media in some variation of "Even conservative figure X says that conservative Y is [racist, bigotted, homophobic, corrupt, misogynist, narrow minded, heartless, a Nazi, etc., etc.]"

I guess you and I are in the minority because we are willing to give Klayman the benefit of the doubt.

I'm going to print this thread out for some legal and accounting friends of mine to get their opinions.

This may help Mr. Klayman's reputation (deserved or not)as attacking only liberals, but he does seem to have a tendency to file lawsuits with little chance of victory. It is interesting that ABC's portrayal of him depends on the particular lawsuit they are referencing.
