That's one of the most ridiculous efforts at defense that's been on here yet. Isn't that also true for Enron's/Lay's case as well? Or did they turn their Trick Machine off when they worked with Halliburton and Cheney?

That was not a defense that was a statement of fact. However my question still stands. What is it that Halliburton and Cheney did that is illegal?
