I didn't file the Complaint. Judicial Watch did. The evidence is later to be proven through Discovery. The court should treat the allegations "as is" and allow for Discovery to proceed to further prove Cheney is personally responsible. We will probably find out that there are other high profile people in this as well. Might even have the Clintons involved.

There are allegations that Klayman and Clinton are friends. There are allegations that Ross Perot and Clinton are friends, and conspired during the 1992 election so that Clinton would win. There are allegations that Perot is currently financing Judicial Watch's actions against the Bush administration.

There are allegations that there are serious financial irregularities in Klayman's organization, and that's why he won't comply with the IRS audit. There are allegations that James Carville and Larry Klayman have conspired on some of these cases.
