Are you two going to turn the thread back into another personal insult thing, or would either of you like to address the point of my "insane post" above? You seem to have missed it, so I'll restate it:

We live in America, and in America people bring suit against others for many reasons, including the "trashing" of a reputation. The courts are there to decide whether the suits have any validity to them. I haven't pre-judged Cheney, or have any negativity towards his reputation. If these charges are true, we'll find out. Maybe you are one that "jumps to a conclusion" when someone has a lawsuit brought against them, I am not. I believe in innocent until proven guilty, and for those that don't, well, they are entitled to their opinion.
