Klayman filed a lawsuit to find out if anything untoward happened that was illegal, with Cheney legally culpable. At this point it is clear that he has not a shred of evidence that that is the case. Maybe he will get lucky, and stumble into the vein of gold and become a fixture of history. In the meantime, this lawsuit is equivalent of a Hail Mary pass, and most of us in Larry's profession simply don't do business that way. Period.
