The prophylactic for bogus lawsuits is malicious prosecution actions after one loses. It really isn't a disbarring offense. Klayman's clients have a case if the accounting "fraud" was not sufficiently disclosed at the time they bought their stock. Frankly I have yet to see a story that elucidates all the facts here to my satisfaction. Instead, we are dealing with bits and pieces.

I know what you're saying about the feminists, but is Barbie REALLY good-looking? I mean, she has legs like 8ft 2x4s, an abnormally large bust seen only in obscene freak shows, and a deformed waist and neck! Barbie is bizarre!

A long time ago, there was a movie called
The Groove Tube; Chevy Chase was in it before he was on Saturday Night Live.
It was small skits, sort of like SNL turned out to be.
One of the songs in the skit about Barbie and Ken went something like this:
"Everybody says their marriage is a failure
because neither Ken or Barbie had any genitalia."
Catchy, huh? :-)

Well, Barbie was thought of by many, to be the American ideal of beauty.
I know that her body is not proportionate, but gee, Claudia Schiffer sure looks like a human version of Barbie to me. As Kelly Hu honestly looks like the Asian version of Barbie.
