12:57PM Halliburton responds to Judicial Watch lawsuit (HAL) by Michael Baron Halliburton (HAL) is off 30 cents, or 2.1 percent, to $13.82, in midday action. The company is out with a press release responding to a lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch, a Washington, D.C.-based legal watchdog group. The suit alleges fraudulent accounting practices at Halliburton took place during the period when current vice president Dick Cheney served as its chairman and CEO. Halliburton called the claims in the suit, "untrue, unsupported, and unfounded." The company continued: "We are working diligently with the SEC to resolve its questions regarding the company's accounting procedures. Halliburton has always followed and will continue to follow guidelines established by the SEC and GAAP, General Accepted Accounting Principles."
Are you saying that Larry might be filing RICO charges?
BTW, did Larry Klayman ever work for Janet Reno?
Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you. BOO!!
I am just asking people to consider the possibilities.
Yes, you am.
And "pushover" is one word. Where the HELL are you going to college that teaches you to spell like that?
Storage?
I believe you know what RICO legislation is, and that this legislation is responsible for the downfall of organized crime and the mob in the United States.
At least he admitted it at the end of his article ;)
As I pointed out to you, over 1000 posts ago, this thread is not about you. You came here earlier tonight and made a generalization about who you perceived to be "against Larry". Most on this thread are discussing the case of Klayperson against Halliburton. Why do you insist on taking it off-topic?
There are no dots to connect; Larry Klayman has not and never will and cannot have ANYTHING to do with RICO. Those are charges that are brought by the government, NOT SHYSTER attorneys, so he had NO BUSINESS asking those questions.
I believe you know what RICO legislation is
Yes, I do, but you sure do not.
and that this legislation is responsible for the downfall of organized crime and the mob in the United States.
With that last sentence, you have confirmed what ever person on these threads think about you: you are totally clueless.
